I have a beautiful black/white print of an angel sitting on what looks like a stone wall covered in moss or long grassess. She has a glass in her hand and a few inches above it is a floating ball. The copyrite is 1904 by Jos Hoover and son Philadelphia. all it says in the far left corner is 48B Bubbles. Any info out there?

We obtained a print that appears to be very old. It has a mark in the right bottom corner which says copyright 190?.(we think it might be 1904 or 1906) and Jos. Hoover and Sons. It is a young, barefoot girl in a sack like dress with her arms around the dog's (possibly a Border Collie)neck. Can you give us any information? Do you think it's old or just a replica of an older print. The backing is a hard black cardboard-like paper.

| I have a print of an old sailor sitting on a dock with a mast of a sailboat behind him. His jacket and cap are blue tan pants and grey boots with a concho on the side. There are 2 small blond haired girls hugging him around his neck and a little girl he has by the hands standing in front of him. You can see a little of the water behind him with a few small sailboats on it. I have looked for information on it and couldnt find any. I was wondering if you could help me. |
