technical query: acrylic varnish
| | |
Posted by Anyanka (My Page) on Wed, Sep 22, 04 at 6:54
| After several years of using decorators' acrylic varnish successfully, I got worried about the longevity of the stuff and switched to a 'proper' acryclic varnish by Lascaux. This is much harder to handle, runs, drips, gets little bubbles in it.
Can anyone recommend a good acrylic varnish for professional use? I'm selling my paintings, hence feel the need to make sure that they have a reasonable life expectancy! |

I've always used Damar, but I too am getting a little nervous about the longevity of it. Where is the best place to buy Lascaux? Lu |
