| I have a print that I am trying to find out more about. It is a painting of a young woman in the foreground with a blue sky and pyramids in the background. It reminds me of 1920's Hollywood Golden Age in style. The artist name is Henry Clive and the title is A Melody of Ancient Egypt. I want to know more about this print, the artist, the time it might've been painted and it's purpose, but I have not been able to find anything out about it.
I bought it at an antique store for $15. It appears to have its original wooden frame with gold leaf and intricate carving.
If you know how I can find out about this print I would appreciate it! |
