How do you guys post more than one entry to a thread without getting the "message rejection" error. I know that you can change the subject line but I've noticed some of you can get around that.

I'm really, really new to this. Are you not supposed to be able to post more than once to any thread?

Phillip & beth, it's a matter of timing. If/when you try to post again too soon, you have to change or alter the subject line. I usually just add a (-) and another word. If I were to post here again to correct a type, I'd just use the subject line as it is and alter it with Technical question - correction As I said, you can change the subject line altogether if you want. It all still stays within the same thread. Did I explain that well?
RE: Technical question - typo
| | |
I really didn't mean to make a typo, but I found one when I read back. I said type in my first response and meant "....to correct a typo...."

Yes that makes sense! I did know about the subject line change but I wasn't aware of the time limit. That explains why sometimes I can post to the same thread without getting the error and sometimes not. Thank you!
