You can search Google images (for example) for a picture you want to post. Go to "see full size image", copy the image location then write this little piece of code including the copied image location.(remove spaces before and after the brackets)

 o
RE: Frame Game V

hey hey C, how ah ya,..

the second pic isn't showing....

isthat a younger Michael Caine ?

 o
RE: Frame Game V

Sorry, and here I thought I was waiting you everyone. My bad!
Yes, that's young Michael Caine in one of his trademark roles...

 o
RE: Frame Game V

Isn't that Michael Caine as Alfie? Certainly not playing a gentleman, but an 'utter cad and bounder'. ;-)

 o
RE: Frame Game V

I agree, quite the sod, wot? :)

Alfie it is. You're up, veerdear!

If you've ever seen the movie Little Voice, Caine's character reminds me of how I think Alfie could have turned out to be.

 o
RE: Frame Game V

I wonder why he's having a bad hair day?

 o
RE: Frame Game V

No clue! Is this a well-known actor?

 o
RE: Frame Game V

Your looking for the title of the film, of which several versions have been made (and I realise I don't even know the name of the actor ;-( ) Why is he looking so wild and hairy, where has he been?

 o
RE: Frame Game V

I don't know who this actor is. But I am guessing he was in either Lord of the Rings or Harry Potter? He reminds me of Merlin....

 o
RE: Frame Game V

I have no idea either. He looks like he's wearing fur. He reminds me of that age-old knight of the Round Table who guarded the Holy Grail in that Indiana Jones movie, but he doesn't have the garb and headpiece...
I'm stumped, particularly on the hint regarding the "several versions have been made"...

 o
RE: Frame Game V

He has spent several years away from his fellows and the thing he has missed most is cheese.

 o
RE: Frame Game V

Still no idea...

 o
RE: Frame Game V

clairabelle, neither firefox or explorer will let me post a picture of anything - anywhere; at the moment everything is being blocked. Even DH, who knows about these things, can't make it happen.
So, although not in the spirit of this particular game, for the answer to the hairy-man picture think parrots, wooden legs and pieces of eight.

 o
RE: Frame Game V

Pirates of the Caribbean? I'm really grasping at straws...

 o
RE: Frame Game V

Almost there, yo ho ho and a bottle of rum etc. Aaaargh Jim Lad!

 o
RE: Frame Game V

At last I've got a picture to come up.

 o
RE: Frame Game V

Bring 'em below and put 'em in irrrrrons Arrrrgh!

 o
RE: Frame Game V

All aboard the Hispaniola, hoist the Jolly Roger, splice the mainbrace; it's Treasure Island.
As they said on a recent BBC skit "Wee'm be pirates and wee'm speak in the present tense. Arrrgh!"

 o
RE: Frame Game V

Lol but of course! How could have I forgotten the name! My Dad, RIP, used to imitate Long John, "We's" and all.

Here's one, from one of my favorite movies:

 o
RE: Frame Game V

No guesses??? Here's a tother clue:

It sure does.....let's see if this helps

 o
RE: Frame Game V

Hmmm, Hardball?

 o
RE: Frame Game V

 o
RE: Frame Game V

Bram Stoker's Dracula
Someone else can have a go... I'm tired.

 o
RE: Frame Game V

Whazzup? Giving this one last try:

 o
RE: Frame Game V

Clue 2:

 o
RE: Frame Game V

Isn't that Emma Thompson in a 'feel good' flick with lots of English actors . . . Hugh Grant, Colin Firth, Alan Rickman . . . brain drying up fast . . .saw it on TV at Christmas? Light but entertaining. Mustn't cheat and look-up title.

 o
RE: Frame Game V

Absolumento, close enough, veer. It's LOVE, ACTUALLY.
Yerrrrr up!

 o
RE: Frame Game V

Ground control to veer! Come in, veer!

 o
RE: Frame Game V

Receiving you loud and clear. Bit of trouble with all the anti-spy-ware etc making it difficult to put stuff up on the screen. Just keep on holding your breath a while longer.

 o
RE: Frame Game V

An easy oldie

 o
RE: Frame Game V

I recognize Barbara and Fred but I've a blank on the title, dadnabbit! Ah the joy of being, er, um, 29 again..

 o
RE: Frame Game V

You are SO nearly there clairabelle you've got the two of them now go into legal compensation mode.
As for being 29; this film was made before even I was born. ;-)

 o
RE: Frame Game V

I don't to cheat by looking it up, so I'll wait... the title may pop up. I DO remember snippits of the movie, something about she having an affair with him and they plot to kill off the husband, something like that...
And I know you're trying to tell...me...something with that widdle hint, but dang, dunna have a cluuu, lassie!

 o
RE: Frame Game V

A great noir movie 'Double Indemnity'.

Here is a link that might be useful: Opening Sequence of Double Indemnity

RE: Frame Game V

My daughter said "Oh that Pabst... it's GRAN TORINO!"

Here's a rather tough one... with a message:

 o
RE: Frame Game V

yep,, Gran Torino

don't recognize this actor ...

 o
RE: Frame Game V

Foreign (Netherlands)

 o
RE: Frame Game V

The synopsis goes something like this:

He's different. His life is a universe to itself, where he plays on line computer game avidly, trying hard to train himself for the real world he lives in. The harsh world of school is kind of daily hell. As the bullying grows, he devises a plan. Then She comes into his life. That wasn't part of the plan.

 o
RE: Frame Game V

One last photo, one last clue: The title contains the character's name, followed by a letter. Note the location in this photo... (hint hint)

 o
RE: Frame Game V

..."uncle"

what is it C?

 o
Start new thread VI

....and start a new thread C - this is getting too long to scroll through (yeah yeah, complain complain...lol)

 o
RE: Frame Game V
