Any Claire Bloom fans out there?

| Hello all:
I heard Claire Bloom read a chapter from the book "The Wife" on a public radio program and was enthralled by her voice. Sadly, the entire book was not recorded. There are a couple of Shakespeare plays in which she has recorded some parts, but I thought that it would be nice to put the face with the voice!
Now I'm wondering if anyone can recommend some of her films? I did a search on her filmography and it's overwhelming. Such a long career! So many movies, how to choose? |

| The Haunting (1963) is a good one. |

Quite a beauty, that one. Her performances in Charly and The Illustrated Man (late sixties, I believe) are worthy. I think she was even married to Rod Steiger at one point. |

| She was married and divorced from both actor Rod Steiger and writer Philip Roth (Goodbye Columbus, Portnoy's Complaint). I think she has written two autobiographies herself. |

| I like Claire Bloom very much...so classically attractive and an excellent actress. I liked The Haunting too. |
