Speaking of Jimmy Page: Have Clapton, Beck and Page ever
recorded together?

Speaking of Roy Harper - WOW! I've been looking over some of the threads I've missed the last few months and was delighted to see one with the name Roy Harper. This dude has a whole bunch of great recordings that just didn't (and still do not) get any decent airplay in the states. It's no wonder Harper and Page appear in rambling's title. After all, one of the better tunes on Led Zeppelin III is 'Hat's Off To Roy Harper'. MANNY ALERT! Since you are a Who fan, you owe it to yourself to check out his song 'The Game Parts 1-5'. It appeared on his UK album "HQ" which was released in America as "When An Old Cricketer Leaves The Crease" (which is another great song). Good stuff.

I will look for that stuff ric thanks.Your right hes a talented guy who is frankly not a household name in the states, certainly hes not very well known up here in buffalo.I have not heard led zeppelin 3 in quite some time,i dont recall that song although i have the lp on vinyl.Im going to play that lp soon, its probably the one i listened to the least over the years, and im not sure why,its a good lp.
