Some people are making some sort of big deal out of this. I applaud Bob for getting some of his music out to a coffee appreciation challenged public. All of these "rare" recordings have been available previously to those who wanted them. God bless Mr. Zimmerman. Ric
Bob dylan s one of those guys who seems like hes been around forever, and perhaps for many years ive taken him for granted. Now that im approaching 45 years old i seem to have a renewed respect for the guy,and enjoy his music more than ever these days.Im glad i was able to see him perform twice in buffalo.

That seems to be a contrary statement, ramblingjack. If Dylan signed the contract to have a live 1962 performance released by Starbucks, then it was his big decision. I think he deserves all the distribution available. Too many radio stations no longer play his material. There are far far too many supposedly musically hip people who don't know the scope of Dylan's work. Ric
Ric, My suggestion that Dylans contribution was nothing more than a signature on a contract meant that he was probably in it for the money. As you know, he doesn't hold much stock in his past glories, so any re-releases are more than likely for financial reasons.
