If the photo in my "Ooh la la" posting made you feel claustrophobic (but it is an interesting idea, isn't it?), check out this one!

pammyfay, how did we both think 'claustrophobia/ic'? This one is rather like an enormous organ-case isn't it?
I used to know the one-time chatelaine of Penrhyn Castle. The family had made its money through slate mines and apparently it is used throughout the building . . .chilly to sit on. ;-)

Rather limiting in its style --- :-) Wouldn't fit in my small abode, but would look lovely in somewhere like Chatsworth...

Do you suppose anyone reads those books? They all seem to have perfectly matched covers -- nothing like the mish-mash on my bookshelves.
